Nice place The place was nice and would consider it again. It was advertised as newly renovated but felt as if the renovations had not been completed. The location is convenient to the activities of Palmetto Dunes and the beach.

Review of Fazio Villa Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: Housing was spacious but obviously an old build and half of the lightbulbs were out. Robert Trent Jones golf course was very nice but the other two aren’t great. Arthur Hills was ok and Fazio was bad. Clearly a secret the resort tries to hide.
