Disappointing The house has not been maintained. Lots of tlc needed. Pool was not in good condition, - bottom needs paint badly. The moss on the trees over the pool itself just constantly falling into the water. the deck and entire outside area was very dirty. we spent 1-2 hrs each morning cleaning pool and deck We purchased over 400 dollars in groceries only for the frig to break on the 2nd day. It made my back hurt and sleeping was difficult. The light switch to the bath was behind a door--not ideal. The large cabinet in the living room took up too much room--making the living room a tight fit for 4 people.
