Disappointing Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Uninviting, drab and boring interior. Misrepresentation by VRBO Listing not as described (Pool) and horrible customer service when trying to call and get assistance. Still not resolved because can't reach a real person.
Updated Villa but too many things gone wrong Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the Management Property at Palmetto Dunes; we initially were given the paperwork to go to the wrong building, and upon getting to the Villa, there was no Ice; thus when the staff came to look into it, the refrigerator had no Filter (hard to imagine) and then one was put in. After returning from dinner, we had a flood on the kitchen floor due to the filter leaking, either it was the wrong one or put in incorrectly. Lastly, the downst... read more
Fazio 27 Definitely need a new cleaning team for this property, bathrooms were nasty upon check-in. Our family bought cleaning aids and did it ourselves! Floors and rugs were dirty, and it made one question if our bed covers were even changed from the previous renters. Definitely will not stay here again.
This wasn’t what we expected at all. The house was dirty, floor filthy. The tile was sticky dirty. So so disappointed pool dirty, not clear. Floors and linens dirty. Could not recommend
