A good experience for our first time vrbo rental The house was centrally located - 5 min from the beach - bike and kayak rentals close by as well The house needed a few small things fixed, the main issue was the master bedroom’s suite shower had poor drainage. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well.
Great property in Palmetto Dunes Great place for multiple families to stay together. Great lay out….pool less than 20 yards away. One of our favorites we have ever stayed in.
Great place and location Spacious 4 bedroom, clearly updated and sharp all around. Was quiet and secluded despite being part of a townhouse development. Very easy bike ride to the beach, general store.
Everything was wonderful! Our original accommodations on HHI fell through which turned out to be great because 53 Fazio was wonderful! The villa was spacious, beautifully appointed and convenient to everything!! Would definitely return!
53 Fazio Villa The villa was very nice and clean and had ample room. The location is perfect. Towels were very limited and a few threadbare. No sheet was provided for the pull out bed in the study. Some additional light is needed in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Relaxing Excellent property in a great neighbourhood. Spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen ideal for families and larger groups. Everything worked as expected. I would return if the opportunity presented itself.
