Enjoyable in every way! The condo is very spacious and well-kept. All of the furniture and decor is up to date and fresh, not out dated and worn like other rentals. Our stay was very comfortable for three families.
Beautiful getaway for our busy family of 6! This beautiful villa was the perfect set up for our family. It was extremely clean and the decor was updated to make us feel right at home. Quick bike rides got us to the beach and other attractions within the resort. We would highly recommend this villa !!
Beautiful Villa We were thankful to have this spacious and well appointed villa for the last week of December, since the temps were the lowest in 30 years. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and the updates were fabulous. We would love to stay her again.
Spacious and Comfortable Wonderful vacation rental for family of 6. Great location in Palmetto Dunes, close to attractions but away from the commotion. Very nice table for 6 outside on deck with gas grill for outdoor eating. Pool is not heated but very convenient and likely perfect in hot months.
Family Vacation 53 Fazio was an ideal location for our family of seven adults and two young grandchildren. This is our 30th year visiting Hilton Head so we knew the property was ideal for us and in close proximity to the beach and pool which are our main activities in the summer months.. The owners and rental agent were responsive and accomodating to our requests. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful villa with pool right off the back deck! Perfect villa for our family’s summer vacation! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable home with close proximity to everything we love about Palmetto Dunes...the pool (we mostly had to ourselves each day!), the beach, the General Store, the Dunes House, 3 golf courses, Alexander’s, Shelter Cove & it’s upscale shopping/dining, & more! We will definitely rent it again! Thank you Pam & Mike!

We love the villa! My husband and I plus our sons and daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren had so much fun. The villa location was perfect. It was our 1st family vacation with our grandchildren. It was very comfortable and we all enjoyed the pool as well
