Living our best life! We loved the lagoon in the back of the property. Lots of wildlife. HH beaches are always so clean! We love the nearby restaurants as well. The fishing charter- The Captain Hook is always a fun time!

Great Nearby pool worked well with kids. Space in place good. Vaulted ceiling nice
Fazio 27 Layout and location good. Many signs of deferred maintenance throughout. Flooring particularly bad. Write up indicated new hardwood floors, but definitely not the case. Also claimed an updated kitchen - also not the case. Though we will stay at Fazio Villas in the future, we will not rent this unit.

Loved the location Nice home with pool. Home is dated and needs some love but comfortable. Would be nice to have access to the bike sand kayaks. Not super happy with the check in system or level of service provided. Was hung up on when I called in asking questions about the check-in system and app. The home gets 4 stars, the management company gets 0 stars.
Beautiful getaway The home was very nice and quiet neighborhood to relax. It was very clean and spacious for our family.
