Dear Catherine, We are so sorry to hear about your issues. We do wish you would have called, we could have been able to assist. There is no known issue with the AC system in this property, the 70 degree rule is true for all properties within the resort. The notes are to make guests aware of how the systems work to avoid freeing up the units and having no cooling at all. However, we will have the systems inspected and addressed as necessary.
