Dear David, We absolutely hate it when equipment fails and causes issues. We know what an inconvenience this can be when you plan a family trip with certain amenities in mind. We would normally refund your heating fee as this was the issue; however, as this booking was part of a promo that included free spa heat, there was no fee to return.
