First dental cleaning with this office. It was an excellent experience. I had a friendly greeting, I was given a review of the process, the cleaning was thorough and gentle. For the most part, I was very happy with today's visit. Dr. Stock and the dental assistant were terrific. They monitored my pain carefully and completed the work without incident. Since I'm one to dread dental visits - this was especially important. I was disappointed, however, with the charges for the nitrous gas. I had been told that the cost increased to $65. BUT no one informed me that the cost would be for the full hour whether I needed it or not. Since I stopped the nitrous after only a half hour, I expected to be char... read more
I don't like it, but I like to have Lisa do the cleaning. She's quick and efficient, and get me to floss due to her scolding. So I try to floss regularly now, and that's no small feat. I was very pleased with the services I was provided today. The Dental Assistant was very gentle at placing the films to take images & friendly. Dr. Stock was a younger gentleman, but skilled & super nice. I didn't feel like I was being sold on things that wasn't necessary. My teeth are well maintained and clean, so that helped. The office was lovely!
