First appointment. No stacking of patients in the waiting room; I was welcomed immediately and in an exam chair immediately after filling out the necessary forms. It was my first visit to the office. They new me by name when I came to the counter to check in. I only waited 5 minutes to get into my appointment. The dental assistant was kind, gentle, and very professional. Dr. Stock was also very efficient and informative as well as personable. The administrative staff was well versed in the areas of dentistry and insurance. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a good visit and that I will return for their services.
