I needed their services....they saw me the day after my call to them....the front desk managers are excellent.....Tory, the Dental Assistant has a great chair side manner....Dr. Stock did his magic on my tooth....and I was out the door....They understand people who are nervous coming to a dental office....I appreciate them! I was very pleased with Dr. Stock. He explained everything to me, such as what would take place with different situations. I was very lucky because it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. I put my trust in Dr. Stock. Prior to seeing the doctor I was told by the staff what the cost would be for different situations. Nothing was a surprise to me. The practice at this office is to schedule separate appts for dental exam and teeth cleaning. Totally inefficient time management for patient and office staff. The costs incurred where astronomical - in a region that minimum wage is less than $9.00 per hour. The initial dental examination was one hour (per desk staff). The dentist spent 15 minutes with me (max) and I was told the remaining time was spent reviewing X-rays!!!!! The standard of care provided by hygienist was excellent. We recently moved from Seattle.
