I requested Lisa after my previous cleaning by Courtney. I was told that the request was set up but apparently Lisa and Courntey changed patients. I was not pleased and either was Courtney who when called out about the change returned and performed a disappointing job of cleaning my teeth. I would cancel future appointments if Lisa is not available. This review was submitted for the provider's practice, and may reference another provider within the practice.
