I am very happy with the customer service. As an out of state purchased I spend minimal time worrying about the mortgage. Pam was very knowledgeable and did a great job breaking everything down. Her numbers where accurate through the entire process. All in all, I’m very happy. This was my second purchase of a home using the VA loan and it was smoother than the first time.

This was our first ever home purchase and to say that we were clueless on the entire process is a massive understatement!
