I am very happy with the customer service. As an out of state purchased I spend minimal time worrying about the mortgage. Pam was very knowledgeable and did a great job breaking everything down. Her numbers where accurate through the entire process. All in all, I’m very happy. This was my second purchase of a home using the VA loan and it was smoother than the first time.

This was our first ever home purchase and to say that we were clueless on the entire process is a massive understatement! Pam and her team held our hand the entire way, they explained everything as many times as was needed for us to understand, they made sure we were comfortable before moving forward, and made sure we knew exactly where we were in the process the whole way through.
