We started the home buying process last spring. We origianlly tried to go through our bank who we have been banknig with since we were in our ealry teens and have had 5 loans through them. Even with our excelletn credit scores they would not budge on putting 20% down. In all honestly, Pam was one of the most helpful people we worked with throughout the process of purchasing our home. She made everything as easy as possible, she responded to emails super fast, always got us answers or found them if she didn't have them, and even sat through our first major meeting with my 1 year old on my lap crying away, and just handled it all like a pro. She's even been great at helping me with follow up questions multiple years later.
