Had a leak thar was hidden which I didn't find out about until my ceiling came down. Can't be mad because it was taken care of in 4 days now I'm waiting to get it painted. Mr.Samuel is about his work 100%. Now Mr.John did nothing but run in an out my apartment letting out my heat but Mr.Samuel did not move from my apartment until all work was done and he had cleaned any mess that was made. I love living here and the way they make sure all my needs are taken care.
I'm gonna really miss Ramona Williams as the property manager. She took really care of the building and the needs of the tenants. When other employees at Pangea would give me a hard way to go she stepped in and made things less complicated. Good heart, great personality and answered every call. Wished she would've stayed longer... .Only giving 5 stars for when Ramona was here ☆☆☆☆☆
Honestly moving into this apartment started out crazy. I moved here in 2019. Upon moving in my unit I noticed the unit still look the same way as it did during my walk through. Meaning nothing else was done to the unit. The apartment was not clean. With tons of issues. However after talking to several people and dealing with so many issues with the unit. Besides it being affordable don’t look for them to repair anything that may break for whatever reason. I’ve been here over 3 years and they’ve not once come to exterminate . I’ve also put in maintenance tickets that have never been resolved. It’s funny that I just got a text message saying the work has been completed. When my lease is is me and my family are out!
I have had my ups and downs with Pangea apartments as a tenant but like anywhere else everything falls under management in how well a business is ran. I am so grateful for Ramona Williams, that managed the Gwynn Oak location for 4 years. She is understanding, thoughtful, compassionate caring and knows how to balance her responsibility as a manager at the same time. She will be greatly missed but I am happy for her and wishes her well in her endeavors.
