I was told of that it will be rent increase every year. I also was not told of how much rent was going to increase until lease renewal. It doesn't give person chance to make informed decision.

I didn't know that I was going to be charged for something that I been buying myself for a long time once I got it replaced by the real estate this is something new for me.
Subpar property management company. It takes 3 business days for maintenance requests to be fulfilled, the tow company they use for they parking lot is predatory, will tow your car even if you pay for parking monthly, rodents and pests, trash everywhere, inconsiderate tenants. If I could break my lease I would. Definitely didn’t want to renew for the 23/24 but waited til last minute tp start the process to buy a home based on when previous lease was ending. Will be my last year here.
