I had a CHA voucher and time was of the essence. They kept changing my date to see the apartment. When I went to the office on my scheduled date to do my RTA package, the secretary was a no call-no show. Some young man attempted to fill out the papers because time was of the essence. The secretary called me on a Tuesday and said three pages was missing. I sent her the email from CHA, and the next time I heard from you all, the young lady told me that my voucher had expired.
