We had duct work cleaned at our house. The two workers did an excellent job. They were professional in all aspects of their job from explaining how it was being done to the final cleanup. I felt the company allotted enough time to make sure they could complete the job without taking shortcuts due to time constraints. I highly recommend this company.

A couple weeks ago we were effected by the flooding and lost almost everything in our basement. Panhandle was amazing to work with! I had a little problem with one of their guys and I had to call about another reason and told the lady about it so they would be aware of it but said I didn’t want to make it a big deal but she took it very seriously!! It’s nice to see company’s take things seriously even when you don’t want to make a big deal about something. Now only if my insurance company would be as easy to work with!

Working at Panhandle, I am used to being on the receiving end of calls for assistance. But last week, I found myself on the other side when we came home to a flooded basement, thanks to a supply line disconnecting from our refrigerator. Panhandle arrived within the hour and quickly pumped the water down, and set fans and dehumidifiers. The next morning, the floor was dry.
