It took many phone calls and follow up to get them to show up. They came one day and then disappeared for 3 weeks. When the work was finally completed it was done poorly and no one has addressed the substandard work.
I just heard that this company pulled their workers from Heritage Christian School because one of their competitors was in the building at the same time doing other work. (The school had major water and structural damage due to excess water on the roof.) Their competitor was their because the insurance company denied the school's claim. Panhandle's price was more than $10k more than the other company - a price the school simply could not afford. 1) All the liability would have fell on us as we were shoring the structure after being brought in by the insurance company. 2) There was no formal “bid or estimate process”. It was only “give a rough number”. Therefore prices can not be compared as they are not to a spec. 3) we reserve the right to walk away from any job that we feel goes against proper protocol.
Your company came to my home a month ago for water damage. After the initial "triage" (i.e. tearing out the carpet, de-humidifying, etc.), we were told that we would hear from your reconstruction team within a few days. After a month, nothing has been done and no one has been out to our home. I wrote a review 2 weeks ago on their website ! My review is not even there , they must have deleted it. Let start from the beginning . I got flooded with sewage water 1 month ago , I called my agent at Erie Insurance and they sent Panhandle restoration company to take care of it. They came to my home 3 men , 2 to the the work and one to handle paper work . They sucked the water out of my carpet , removed it and dumped it outside in my driveway.
