Fast and friendly service. Large portions reasonably priced. Great quality. Owners walk around to ensure good service present and past. Would recommend to anyone.
Good food. Big portions. Super friendly service. The grandson took over daily management for the owner about a year ago, so menu changed and he cleaned up the place quite a bit. We go about once a month, maybe twice. Its a nice place where the family can go and each person can order what they want. The best soups, hands down. Remodeled in the summer of 2016. Beautiful inside.

It reminds me of Paragon restaurant in Indianapolis. Good Menu Choices and good location.
Have been here twice now, both times for breakfast. First thing I noticed is a total lack of designated parking spots for the disabled. I think that's been against the law for about 25 years now, if I was to consult the Americans with Disabilities Act. For shame! Interior is pleasant. Food is served in large portions. However, my English-muffin based sandwich was burned to ash. Not tasty at all. Bacon, eggs and toast were unremarkable. Server did a nice job and was attentive. Probably won't go back.
They breakfast, lunch and dinner menu is all day so this made my fiancé very happy. Quick service and friendly staff and lots of parking for a Sunday am.
In the quick events of my grandfather passing away we needed a restaurant to gather after the morning burial services. It was a Sunday night around 6:00 pm, I didn't think we would find anythwhere with such short notice. I called around to many places in Crown Point asking if they could provide their back room for a party of 30 for an after funeral breakfast. My in laws just had their 50th anniversary party there in the back room and we were very pleased at the good food they had (most of us had the perch and shrimp), the service was excellent. Our waitress was very good and thorough with making sure we were well taken care of. We had a big group of people and no one had any complaints.
We frequent there about once a month. Good food with nice portions. We Had a party in their back room last month. It was reasonably priced and the staff was very nice and helpful the whole day.
We held my fathers 90th Birthday Party here in the banquet room. The room was set up nicely. They exceeded our expectations. They provided us with an assortment of vegetables, dip, cheeses, coffee, punch and cake pops as requested. Server Becky was very attentive and catered to everyone which was remarkable considering that most of the guests were older. They did a wonderful job of meeting all of our needs for the party. Will I have my mothers 90th party here? You betcha.
