Found a staple in my chili. Was very disappointed to say the least. Will not be ordering from there again.
We were their early afternoon, The food and service were not good at All. Front desk seated us and we waited 15 minutes while servers took care of every other customer in the restaurant. Not once did any server (four of them) acknowledge us, ask us for a drink order or even apologize for the delay in service. Walked out, expressed our frustration in a polite manner and still didn't get a response from anyone. Will not be going or recommending anyone to spend money at this establishment. We came around 2:30 pm. Dary the waitress was mad apparently, Had an horrible attitude with me and my son, we always visit Main Street cafe, Ramen district, Provecho. I thought was the same policy of friendly environment. One thing is for sure I will never come here again.
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium rare. got a cold, tasteless over cooked, rock with burned cheese and it was cold.
I've been to this restaurant several times over the years. It has progressively gone downhill. The food today was awful and the waitstaff was horrible. She literally dropped the food items at our table with a loud clunk noise. I was afraid she was going to break the plates. When we asked for butter, real butter, she said ok real butter right? Ordered two sandwiches for delivery. Not only was it $40.00, the gyros portion and accompanying fries were very skimpy compared to two other local restaurants with equal or better quality. The soup that should have come with my sandwich was missing. Im sorry, but this was the second in a row and last disappointment.
We wanted to try this restaurant it wasn't very busy for a Friday night. Our server was very friendly at first. Took our drink order and brought those then we didn't see her for quite a while. Once she finally came back we ordered everything apps and main. Saganaki came out the kid did his best trying to get it lit so no complaints there. It didn't disappoint. Raised prices by a lot, no substitutions allowed at breakfast, biscuits grilled on a grill are greasy, small portions. Breakfast bacon terrible. Go to Avgo or Omelette House
