We came down from Michigan to do a Shell Island and dolphin tour. I chose to go with this company over others based on reviews. However, I’m so disappointed now. We saw 2 back fins of dolphins for less than 5 seconds. This has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. My kids left crying that they didn’t even get to see a dolphin because they missed the quick fin experience. I am not sure I would book again with Paradise Adventures.

I would not even give this company one star review. We rented a private boat to go to the island for a charity event. Before I even reserved the boat, I clarified with the office staff to make sure it had a acid gallery and power on the boat. Which was all just a lie? We did not know that until after we were already on the water, then the boat staff told me the boat had been struck by lightning and nothing worked.
