Wasted almost a whole day of our short vacation. We paid for a catamaran and they never showed up and never called. Still haven't contacted us back regarding a refund.

Your crew of guys you had set up on shell island today were rude. They showed up at shell island after us and set up and asked us to move our boat over because they had a large party coming. We moved over without a issue. Our 4yr old and 9yr old asked if they could go down the slide and we’re told no. Meanwhile 2 lady’s come walking down the beach and we’re told they could go on trampoline. Just sad and need better employees.
Buyers beware. We booked a 3 hour tour and an hour before we were suppose to leave, our baby got a nose bleed and a heat rash. There was no way he would have been okay on the boat in the sun and then.

Hi Courtney! We completely understood that is why we moved you two separate times to accommodate your family, even though it was against our cancelation/ change policy.
we do not recommend the evening cruise with the inflatable‘s. Only if you want to sit on the beach on a boat that’s not moving then yes this is for you. If you think you’re going on an actual fun boat ride this is absolutely not for you. It goes like 10 mph straight to a beach and you sit there for 2 hrs and then you turn around and pretty much come back and sit and look at dolphins not much boat riding at all. We were very, very disappointing.
I loved the boat ride but I think the 3 hour tour would be better for teenagers not grown adults.
