The presenter, K. Coleman, explained in detail the process of purchasing windows for my house. He demonstrated how the windows would decrease any drafts, etc. He also had a sample window to show and explained the difference between the current widows and the new product. I knew exactly the windows I would receive. Following his visit, I could expect a call from the project manager to come and take exact measurements.
