Tom Richardson at the Hyannis store was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. The installers showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently and did a fine job. Overall a great experience.

From the moment we walked into the store we had a fabulous experience. Rachel greeted us with a smile and found the perfect carpet for our apartment. The owner Greg was so professional and knowledgeable. The carpet came in sooner than expected and Aaron was so helpful to schedule installment. Last but not certainly least, Louis installed our beautiful carpet right on time and did such a professional job. Thank you again.
