They were very helpful without being pushy. And they said the job would take two days, it took a day and a half. Very happy with floor and the installers. I would only use them again for other rooms. I strongly recommend!

Even after 2 years of use Paramount returned yesterday to re-stretch a portion of the carpeting at no charge. If that isn't great service after the sale I don't know what is. They took care of the problem without reservation. For good reason we return to Paramount Rug for all of our carpeting needs. Great price, quality and service after the sale.
When my husband dropped our area rug off to them, it was very dirty as well as having a lot of cat fur. When we got it back it looked exactly the same way. I honestly don't think they even washed it. I have seen how carpets are cleaned and there is absolutely no way it would still have cat fur on it still. Unfortunately this was about 2 or 3 months ago and I had too much going on to leave a comment. I will never go to them again
Have bought and had flooring installed on three different occasions and each time it was a five star experience Joanne was a very helpful sales consultant and installers were great couldn’t have been happier.Great company

DO NOT USE CLEANING SERVICE - We dropped off an expensive area rug to be cleaned. We picked it up this morning and brought it home. When we unrolled the rug (it was a light blue oriental style rug), there was a huge white spot (4" x 6") on one area and then there was another spot were the rug fibers were gone and you could see the mesh underneath (2" x 2").
