Great customer service! I haven't had any issues from management or maintenance. Eventhough it's an older community I've enjoyed my stay here because it's peaceful.
This apartment kicked me out for complaining about roaches. The failed to get rid of the roaches and gave me a 30day notice after my rent was paid. These people are very unprofessional and prejudice. They just want you to paid rent and be ok with not being safe and living in a roach infested apartment. The let anybody on the property who doesn't live there, and my car has been hit in the parking several times and management did not do anything. This apartment has a lot of safety issues and health hazards. I lived here for 2 years after recently being forced to move out because they would not address the roaches after several complaints. When the ice storm happened, the apartment shut down without heat and my apartment was freezing. I had to get a hotel for 4 days and the didn't refund me any money. Beware........ New TENANTS I was recently kicked out of apartment 3614 because I complained about roaches. For new TENANTS, it's important to remember this number because their going to rent it out anyway. I've made several complaints about having roaches and they didn't do anything. This place is has the worst conditions and management team. They don't know how to handle issues or complaints about my unit. Instead the use retaliation and threats to get you to shut up. I've been living here for two years and they have a terrible staff. Their very spiteful and will retaliate against you if you make complaints about your unit. I'm currently being forced out because I have roaches and they still expect me to pay rent. They have failed to fix any problems I had. They owner should definitely look into this property. It needs to be shutdown.
