The washing machines has worked in months. There are too many roaches in the walls, carpet, and kitchen. The environment is very dangerous, and management doesn't care about your safety.
This is the worst place I ever lived. Management only cares about rent and not the tenants. My car has been wreck, packages have been stolen from me and management has not done anything about it. Also, I've had random people knock on my door. There's no security present or cameras on the property. So, move in at your own risks. I've seen people with mental health issues walking around the property and looking at everyone's patio with no concerns. This is a dangerous property and your basically on your own. If you enjoy looking at dog turds.. meth heads crapping in the laundry room that I forgot to mention..don't work.!!. come on over!!! Rent increases!!! Water off every other week.. if you even have hott water.. omg. Try using your phone when you get in apartments.. lol.. it doesn't work..it won't work..it's like a new country over here.. I've seen homeless people with better surroundings.. o yea that lock your car rule..it applies here.. if you see glass in the parking lot "Bamember I tried to told ya."

Don’t MOVE!!!! Roaches roaches roaches in the walls! Seen one come through the socket and the poison do no Justice! My place has been sprayed like 10xs and still bugs. They have carpet beetles as well that stays in the window seals. My window never been fixed since August 2020 ice storm as well as the whole complex. They took away adult amenities like the basketball court, tennis courts, gym and laundry! They’ve had 3 different managements in a year! It used to look nice but now it looks like the projects!
