Had appointment and 3 walk-in were done in front of us waited 45 minute.
I wanted almond shaped acrylics, I got lopsided pointy witch claws! I’m embarrassed, the only thing I can do is cut them off. BEWARE
RecommendedI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Booked an appointment with a specific tech and then sat in a chair for 45 minutes to be told my tech couldn’t do it. Every time I have gone in all other tech move me to this particular tech because they can’t do it. Can’t get a refund on a gift certificate I received. I live 2 hours from this place and only come here. Wasted gas and time to be told I can’t get my appointment. What’s the point of making appointments with a certain tech and not being able to do so. RecommendedDo not recommend. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience today. I made an appointment for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. I arrived 20 minutes early. 40 minutes went by and I was never spoken to after they asked me to sit down when I arrived. Extremely poor time management skills by staff. Another gal and her two daughters were waiting with me. I believe they had an appointment as well. Close down they did a horrible job on my nails and even got glue on my watch face and nail polish on my phone
Will never go back did do what I asked for
Worse pedicure I have ever had. I get a pedi once a month. I will never go back there. Was there Labor Day. Sat in chair soaking for 20 minutes which was ok lady did my pedi she took mask off and kept trying to keep her hair out of her face. No leg massage what so ever Had a deluxe pedi way over priced and had to pay extra for the parifin wax
They are over priced, rude and cant keep an appointment. scheduled at 1, was started at a quarter to 2. Nail tech wouldn't listen about jewel placements. pedi nails after 2 days with gel polish are smudged and chipped. prices are not exact. $10 for chrome. so $20 for hands and feet. Thats not included in the extra for gel. so $15 for gel another $10 for chome. even though it doesn't say that anywhere. They were rude, condescending and not good at all with their 'styles'.
