My last visit I received a pedicure from Andie (sp?) and it was the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had! Not sure the ladies name I got today, but I said several times she was hurting me and she continued what she was doing. On top of that the chair did not work which to me is a big part of the pedicure itself! After I left I started looking where my feet STILL hurt and noticed skin missing. My feet look the same as when I went in besides the polish.
I paid 60$ for something that didn't even turn out good. my nails are lumpy, the polish isn't on good. they just look horrible. won't be going back.
TRY TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT
I went in a week and two days ago. It seemed like the guy doing my nails didn’t know what he was doing and then today my nail literally broke it half. i have usually had great experiences here until this last time. they were uneven and i’m very disappointed and he made my one finger bleed with picking skin off!! I do NOT recommend this place.
Wish I could give a zero. Went in for a mani and pedi. She clipped my actual toe (bled), polish is still left on my skin. The mani was terrible l. This was done on the side of the pedi chair and my nails are crooked, no cleaning the nails and a complete rush job. Totally NOT 20.00 mani. 5.00 at most. 95.00 later a very disappointed customer. Will never go back.
Will never step foot in here again! The man I had was very rude, impatient and rough! First, he cut my cuticle open (he went very deep). He was very rough while filing my nails that half the time he didn’t stay on the nail and scraped my finger. I used to love this place but now I will be going elsewhere.
Not impressed with this place at all!!! Would never recommend them to anyone. Went in to get pedis and manis while getting the most non relaxing pedi in the world the man doing my friends toes kept pressuring her to hurry and pick her gel color, might I add there was at least 100 so it wasn't and easy selection. I decided I didn't want a mani just because I didn't like how pushy he was being so the lady doing my toes became pushy, saying she would do a mani for me and so on. If I could give zero stars I would. First of all going and getting your nails and toes done is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It was clear right away they were trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible. We sat down for our pedicures right away. And seconds after sitting down I was asked to choose my nail color. This place is so rude, I waited over an hour to get a fill and they brought people ahead of me, then, they got upset when I told them I'd been waiting. I'd recommend not going there!!!!!!
