A great friendly and personablel experience
I was looking to open a business account at my local Park Community. Unfortunately, I didn't have all of the newly necessary paperwork to open said account, the branch manager stayed late to wait until I could get the proper paperwork faxed to us. I was so appreciative of this considering it was already a rough day for me.
Brooke was very pleasant and helpful in opening an account for me.

Honestly, I can't think of anything Park Community would need to do to improve even more. I am so pleased to be a new member and look forward to being with Park for many, many years to come. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and made me feel at home.
