Very pleasant to work with during the loan and banking process.
Even though she was obviously busy Sherlyn Beamus dropped what she was doing to help me. She checked things that I did not think to check and actually found an omission on the computer for my credit card account, made the correction and seamlessly moved on to assist me with several other issues and made one change I am very happy with. This type of customer service is very hard to find anymore. Sherlyn should be commended and PFCU as well for having her on staff as she is a valuable asset to the company!
