I was so elated to have Jacob service my fireplaces.I am terrified of gas and he assured me that he would not feel comfortable going home without making sure I had no gas leaks . I had placed the logs incorrectly and he placed them as should be, which created the problem of my carbon monoxide detector going off. He was so courteous and kind and thoughtful. The world could definitely use more young people like him to help us older ones feel safe.Thank you Jacob!

Parker Gas, Wilmington is an amazing company. From Jonathan's assessment and proposal visit on June 17 to Scott's installation of a new gas line on July 1, my experience with Parker Gas has been phenomenal. Paul Pipkin, Scott's manager also paid a visit and completely assembled my new gas range. Paul and Scott coordinated with the local inspector for a next day visit, followed by Scott returning to complete the installation the same afternoon.
