I was so elated to have Jacob service my fireplaces.I am terrified of gas and he assured me that he would not feel comfortable going home without making sure I had no gas leaks . I had placed the logs incorrectly and he placed them as should be, which created the problem of my carbon monoxide detector going off. He was so courteous and kind and thoughtful. The world could definitely use more young people like him to help us older ones feel safe.Thank you Jacob!
I HAVE BEEN WITH PARKER MORE YEARS THAN I CAN REMEMBER I HAD MY GS TO GIVE OUT ONE VERY COLD SAT. Parker Gas, Wilmington is an amazing company. From Jonathan's assessment and proposal visit on June 17 to Scott's installation of a new gas line on July 1, my experience with Parker Gas has been phenomenal. Paul Pipkin, Scott's manager also paid a visit and completely assembled my new gas range. Paul and Scott coordinated with the local inspector for a next day visit, followed by Scott returning to complete the installation the same afternoon. The Parker Gas Rep I spoke to this evening truly went above and beyond. After a very disappointing experience I had with another propane company, I contacted Parker after normal hours and she clearly explained my options then worked to setup my new account and get my tank set immediately. Kudos to her professionalism, dedication and outstanding customer service skills. Thank you!! :-)
We are a new customer and moved into a new home during the pandemic. Parker has been great. They helped us understand what we needed to do to get ready, they set and installed our tank, and they have been great at helping us understand our needs. I recommend them, and Angie in Smithfield, NC is super!
