This past Thursday 3/26/26 I had to say Goodbye to my soul dog. My child my Best Friend. Thank you for your kindness your care your knowledge and all that was done to care for my Jezabell. From diagnosis to the day I had to say goodbye, I am grateful for each of you. Worst experience emotionally of my life but the best decision for the one I love and Parkersburg Veterinary Hospital made that possible. Blessings for your continue work helping pets and their owners on the best care and love needed. Thank You!!!!
I called at 8am and got an appointment for 9am, Dr. Casto Is Superb, caring and thorough! She ordered all the tests and exrays, gave my dog a complete exam and prescribed meds. The medications turned my dogs health around! The entire staff is so excellent and caring, I would recommend PVH to all who have pets that need care.

I had my best boy for a little over 13 years and only one veterinarian treated him like their friend, their own. Dr. Jones is a wonderful veterinarian! I believe she truly cares for her patients; first the animals, then the people being a close second. The staff checking you in and out and the techs are also great! I’ll forever be grateful for the care and attention Dr. Jones gave my friend Gideon❤️

Was very pleased at how quick we were able to get an appointment. The vet tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When the Dr. came in she took her time explaining what was going on and didn't pressure us into having more tests run. Everyone was very pleasant and seemed concerned about our baby girl.

We’ve been taking our furbabies to Parkersburg Vet Hospital since 1993. We followed them to three different locations! All of the vets are skilled and compassionate. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the vet techs, have always treated us with kindness and compassion. Especially during the times when we’ve had to say goodbye to one of our beloved pets. I’d recommend Parkersburg Vet to anyone….and I have, many times! We trust them with our pets’ lives!

I left Parkersburg ten years ago. I can’t believe it had been that long. Except for one very good veterinarian in Oak Island, NC ( Dr Flint King) our veterinary experiences have been a challenge. We used to see Dr Casto regularly because of our menagerie of cats and dogs. No one has come close to Dr Casto in terms of knowledge, compassion and communication.
