Unethical rental increase during pandemic The property itself is OK. Good space, for the cost. However, they have raised rent every year, including during the pandemic. Have even added on a "lability fee" to reimburse them for their own insurance. On top of whatever Renters Insurance we have with an insurance company. because that additional fee does not cover our personal property. During the pandemic we have not received a break at any point. Instead, they are charging us additional fees, to cover their business losses.
terrible place our air conditioning unit went out, and Parkshire Apartments let it go unfixed for a month in the summer. they ignored our calls, kept jerking us around, and the overall quality of the apartments is just cheap. definitely overpriced for the quality. landlord ignored maintenance issues.
