Worse grooming service ever. Clearly the groomer doesn't know how to groom large breed dogs and makes decisions without consulting the customer.
I called your facility today because Dakota's cancer is getting worse and she is having side effects. I wanted her to be seen and to discuss final steps. I was told your booked through the end of July. The employee said I could try and call every morning and hope for a cancelation. When I started to cry and asked what if it's time to put her down. I've been going there for many years with many different animals after yesterday I will never return. My visit was With a doctor Halley who is a complete liar!!! my daughter even called her out on it when I got in the car! (she was a witness) it's all about money she doesn't care about your animal!! run as fast as you can In the opposit direction! Horrible customer service. Takes forever. My cat does not feel welcome here, either do I. Highly recommend taking your pets somewhere else that actually cares about you & your animals!
I ran into this vet today with my foster dog who had white gums, struggle breathing and had collapsed in my from yard. (A total emergency) we were denied help since we didn’t have an appointment and wasn’t a patient there. Later this evening after being seen at advanced animal hospital Carl had to be put down due to internal bleeding from ruptured spleen. I would never take a animal to this place. Thanks for not putting an emergency as a priority of yours
Don’t bring your pets here unless you plan on waiting 30-60 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. I have never once been brought back on time. I actually had to leave last time because an hour went back and I had both my cat and dog. Have been going here for a few years and will not be back.
After many years of coming here I can honestly say I am DONE- they are all about MONEY! My Bella clearly has something wrong - after nearly $600 they tell us we will know within 2 days and THEY would call! Well I had to call to get “results”, if that’s what you wanna call them...they basically told us NOTHING more than we already were told 2 days prior. I was referred to another vet from a very good family friend so we go to get the disc we were entitled to and they try and tell my husband they forgot to charge for the heart... read more
