I took a new kitten that I adopted from a rescue here to be fixed and next set of shots. The rescue group advised me against taking him there. After the neuter he developed a respiratory infection. I than took him back 3 more times each time seeing a different vet each one giving me a different antibiotic and other eye cream. Lets Not talk about the WAIT to see thier 8 Vets, with an appt, and 2 dogs in the waiting room. UGH! So i'll start here. With a simple glance at my husky ' s dry split nose bleed they lead the conversation with "Cancer", And refereed my husband to a specialist. A friend refereed me to her Vet, who tells us "this happens"....as in cracked nose bleed. He sedated our baby and injected a steriod. And it healed for the season. Worst racket in the vet business. Charging customers for their mistakes. Horrible how they play on the owners emotions. Do not use this clinic, heartless embarrassment to any medical establishment.
Very uneducated, on March 20th 2015 my miniature doxie was given the lepto vaccination, little did I know at the time LEPTO is DEADLY to dachshunds!!! My dog ended up in the emergency vet, never returned to parkview.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. When dealing with a sick pet you would think that the office would have some compassion and be helpful but no. I called to make an appointment for my sick kitten yesterday and got an appointment for later that afternoon. I was told that she was contagious and would need to leave her in the car while I checked in. I was fine with that and understood the reason. I like the vet doctors. They listen to what you have to say, concerning with your pet. They can be pricey. But from experience. ..they will work with you, on payments. If you can't afford the bill. Con: my only problem is the waiting. I noticed some of the staff will sit and chatter away with other staff members. At one time, I had to remind the desk staff. That I'm here waiting for my pet to be seen.
