RecommendedI took my 17 yo Shelby Lynne ( pit lab mix) here on a recommendation from a friend. My girl had cancer and was in alot of pain although it was a very sad and heartbreaking reason for being there I found the staff to be exceptionally kind,thoughtful and caring! When we arrived at 6:45 and though they closed at 7 we were not rushed or made to feel uncomfortable in any way! I do recommend them for anyone with a pet who is looking for an exceptional vet clinic!! I can't thank them enough!

RecommendedThe best places to go for your pets exspecial for cats . my cat eggie was falling a sleep when he was wateing for hes tests to come back . love dr papke she is so sweet . if you have a qustion she calls you right back . thank you staff are very sweet .
RecommendedI had taken my dog Ramona to Dr. Mangini since moving to Baltimore in 2006. He is the best, and when I finally had to take her to the Rainbow Bridge in 2012 the entire staff helped me with great compassion. When I adopted my kitten Violet 3 years ago I took her there for a limp...one shot and she was better. Today I took her back for some neck scabs and met Dr. Papke who was also wonderful and diagnosed her with environmental allergies... 2 shots and Violet is already feeling better...thus vet practice is TOPS in my book.

I went to this animal hospital today because my dog is experiencing some discomfort on his paws. He’s consistently licking them & they are red. Instead of doing a culture swab or actually looking at them. The vet basically did absolutely nothing. I still had to pay $63 for a visit & left the same way I came, with no explanation as to what’s going on. I was there for arrest 10 minutes & that was it. I had Elsa in for a wellness exam and distemper shot last month. I scheduled her booster shot for August 14th. I was charged for another wellness exam along with the booster shot. She JUST had a wellness exam a month ago. I contacted another reputable animal hospital and was told I would only be charged for the vaccine. That's highway robbery. I will no longer be a patron of Parkville Animal Hospital.
