I was in the area for just a few days for my university orientation and stopped by because the wire in my braces was sticking out and cutting up the inside of my cheek -- it was super painful to talk and eat. I called ahead to ask if they'd be able to just trim the wire for me, and they said yes! They had me fill out some info as a formality and then I was taken to the back where the Dr trimmed 3 ends of the wires. Dr Passamano and his staff are fantastic! My wife and I had undergone Invisalign treatment at their office and everybody was amazing throughout the process. If you are in Irvine/OC then I would highly recommend visiting their clinic for any orthodontic treatment!
I can't express enough how amazing Dr. James, Dr. Passamano, Grace and the entire staff at Passamano Orthodontics are. They are all very professional, kind, and accommodating. I was referred to Passamano Orthodontics by OC Plaza Dentistry. I started my Ortho treatment in November with braces and then moved to Invisalign. I am extremely happy with my progress so far and I can't wait to see the final results of my smile.
This place is AMAZING! I had an issue with my permeant retainer and they saw me right away! The staff was incredibly sweet and friendly and Dr.James was very helpful. I was in and out of there in no time and I am very happy with the fix of my permanent retainer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place over anywhere else. This is the place to go for any Ortho treatment!
Dr. Passamano and his staff are great. They're very kind, friendly, and thorough. The office is newly renovated and pristine. Did I mention my teeth look amazing? They did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had almost 1.5 yr treatment at this place. Everyone here is very friendly, has good customer service! The clinic is super clean and organized. I definitely recommend everyone to Passamano. Best place in Irvine.
Everyone here is so friendly and the environment is so inviting you forget you are there for your teeth. You never waited more than a few minutes and you will be out pretty quickly too. I highly recommend this family Orthodontics!
