I got braces in 2004 and recently had a retainer break. It was easy to schedule an appointment and get a new retainer made. Always excellent service and no long wait times. My teeth are still straight after all these years with the help of Dr Passamano.
My son & I feel completely comfortable coming here & he is looking forward to getting his braces off soon.
I was referred to Passamano Orthodontics by a friend of my mom's and I could not be more grateful. I came in with previous orthodontic work, but unfortunately it did not stay becuase I still had baby teeth. My experience with Dr. Passamano and his staff has been nothing short of extraordinary. I had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Robert and Mr. James, and they are both wonderful people. We love this practice! The front office is so friendly and efficient. Grace and Danielle always greet you with a smile and help you check in and check out quickly and easily. This office is awesome. Both Dr. Passamano's are friendly and very knowledgeable in Orthodontics, Staff is always smiling and very accommodating.
I'm glad I followed my friends to Passamano Orthodontics. The doctors are knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff is extremely helpful. They've helped my teenage son out multiple times for breaking and/or losing his retainers. My daughter is receiving treatment now after her brother got his off, and my youngest can't wait to have her turn.
The Passamanos are the best orthodontics out there! I'm an international student and they were extremely flexible and were able to accommodate my needs, even though I was halfway across the world! I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially college students who are looking for an orthodontist that's flexible to their schedule. Great customer service!!! My daughter accidentally sat on her brace and it got damaged. I was very pleased that same day I called for an appointment, They were able to fit us in. And few businesses days after, my daughter got her new retainer FREE!!! Even she had a chance to get a different colored one. Awesome!!! I can not say thanks enough.
