Dr. Rob and Dr. James are amazing orthodontists! Their staff is also very friendly and caring! I had previous Invisalign treatment from my general dentist and I was very unhappy with the esthetics and final bite. So I went to the Invisalign website to find an orthodontist who could fix these problems. I chose to go to Dr. Passamano's office because it said that he was an "Elite Provider," which is a very fitting title! Dr. Passamano and his staff are really wonderful. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and with the friendliness of the doctor and staff. Additionally, the fees have been very reasonable, especially considering all the visits and materials over years of treatment. Our dentist wanted our kids to go to a USC grad, and he seemed to fear that anyone else would not be up to par. I had previous orthodontic work in the Chicago area, and I needed retainer maintenance after moving to Irvine. I found Drs. Passamano from the Yelp reviews, and they were able to fit me in the next day and rectify the problem for a great price (I have student insurance, which does not cover orthodontics, so I was paying out of pocket). The receptionist and Dr. Robert are both very friendly, and I will be coming back if I need more orthodontic work.
From making an appointment to sitting in the chair w/Dr.Passamano... Courteous, efficient, professional, and just plain perfect. The entire team can be summed up w/one word... AWESOME!!!
Great Orthodontists and staff. I am nearly 30 years old and just got braces 4 months ago! I couldn't be happier about my decision to choose this office. As good as it gets! Now, why can't every dentist be like Dr. James Passamano??? Just finished my treatment and I could not be happier. I love Dr. Passamano and crew!! They are absolutely a fantastic team that really cares about their patients. From the front desk to the doctor, every single person in that office is kind, understanding, and fun. From the beginning, Dr. Passamano was open and honest about what he thought was the best treatment for me. Dr. Passmano's treatment with Invisalign completely changed the way I feel about smiling. Because of poor dental treatment when I was a child, my teeth were crooked and I hated to show them. Now I can't stop smiling! I never thought my teeth could look so good. He and his staff are great - I highly recommend them.
Dr. Passamano's work is impeccable. I am very happy with my teeth, they are straight and perfect, and they were horrible before my invisalign treatment--I had crowding and a couple of teeth out of place. He is a very nice guy, his assistants are awesome, and his work is well worth the investment.
