Excellent experience from start to finish. I had my deck upgraded to a sunroom / screened porch. ****** did an awesome job with product knowledge. She definitely knows how to explain her product and has excellent interpersonal skills. We were not expecting this dynamic presentation from such a young lady. She does not pressure her customers in making a decision. She goes above and beyond to answer ALL questions.! Exceptional work, quality, and communication. I absolutely love my sunroom. I purchased my home and knew immediately that I wanted to enclose my porch. I contacted patio enclosures and within a week I had renderings of my new space. I received weekly communications while my custom pieces were manufactured. On the day of installation everything went perfect. My new room was complete in just about half a day. I sit out there now enjoying the weather and my cats adore their new Catio. I highly recommend.

We love our enclosure! Great service from the salesman to installer. A very sturdy room that we use every day. The quality of the product is the best we’ve seen.I would recommend the Delaware Ohio office to anyone considering an 3-4 season room.
