Patio Enclosures did an excellent job with our screened-in porch. They were prompt, courteous, clean, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They job was done right, the first time, and the company was great with communication both before and after the job was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work done. I have thought about a sun room attached to the front of the house and would definitely call them first.

**** was so great. He explained everything clearly and answered every question we had. We knew nothing going in and after meeting with him we felt very educated. He was courteous and listened to our priorities and kept them in mind during the consultation.

We have a small porch and was not sure a big company like this would want to deal with a small job. Well Mr *** came out, explained everything to us, made a design in the same moment and price and all in one visit. In about 4 week from our visit my patio is done, it is all we were promised and more we love it! Customer service is one of the best I have experienced lately. Installing crew, fast, efficient and left it all cleaned ??????

My 3 person team followed this project from inception to completion. I never felt any pressure. They told me what to expect, when to expect it, and how long each step would take. I do not know if the word professional would cover my thought. EVERYONE I dealt with down to the installation team were patient with my many questions, clarifying if I did not understand, asking if I had concerns, and wanting to make sure I was happy...and am I. We had amazing service from when we talked to them at the home and garden show to when they had completed the job. Every one was professional and up front about how the process was working out. Our screens came in with regular screens not the pet screens we ordered. The installers pointed it out, told us that the correct screens were ordered and came back to replace them. I was thinking about having a sunroom for many years but due to high price, I was not sure if I wanted to move forward with it. Then, recently, my son got his done and told me about ****. We called **** soon after. He came on time and explained his products with so much knowledge and offered reasonable price, we ended up signing up! He is truly great to work with!

Every step of the patio enclosure process was explained in detail from the initial presentation of the products offered to the final installation of the patio enclosure itself.
