Where do I start? Overpriced. Delayed installation. Ordered in April, they installed in December after failing to deliver the correct materials THREE times. Three deliveries of windows that were the wrong size, one in June, one in September, and one in December. They started the second installation by cutting screens and leaving them for three months before returning. Even then, there was a screen the incorrect size, left busted trim, and one window that won't slide. It's now April, and they have yet to finish this job. Mean... read more

I had a two-hour consultation with Patio Enclosures for a 14x20 four-season sunroom and was quoted an unbelievable $291,000. I’ve since shared the quote with multiple contractors and real estate professionals—every single one was shocked by how inflated the price was. There was nothing in the design or materials presented that justified this cost. I left the appointment feeling like my time was completely wasted, and I question the transparency and fairness of their pricing. If you’re considering Patio Enclosures, I highly r... read more

One of the worse experiences I've had with a business. We signed a contract for an Enclosure in Dec 2024, we were told the install would happen in Feb2025. The instill team came out with the wrong glass but installed it anyone and one large piece of glass was missing so they installed a big piece of plastic which allows water to leak into the Sunroom. Then we were told the new glass would be installed Apr 2025 and we received a call saying they would arrive on the 3rd around 10am. No one showed up and every number I would ca... read more

Business response:

We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. You're absolutely right to expect better communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, we did not notify you when the replacement glass failed to arrive as scheduled last week, and that was a miss on our part. We now expect the remaining glass to be in our warehouse this week, and we'll reach out to schedule installation. We've also addressed this internally with management and will be working closely with our new operations administrator to ensure issues like th... read more

Got a design and a quote from Patio Enclosures *************** of Great Day). They required a down payment of 1/3 total cost. After three weeks, Patio Enclosures informed me that they could not build as designed and offered an alternate design for our enclosure. We do not care for the redesign and cancelled our order. Patio Enclosures has not refunded all of our deposit and says they are not going to, because of the three-day buyers remorse clause in the contract. However, we ace cancelling because of the design change sugge... read more

Business response:

We understand your frustration regarding the cancellation of your project. While we regret that the original design could not be built as initially planned, we did offer a modified solution to move forward. When that option was declined, we informed you that canceling at that stage would result in a partial retention of the deposit, as outlined in the contract. We have reviewed this matter thoroughly, and both our team and ******** have determined that we acted in accordance with the agreed terms. We appreciate your feedback... read more

I recently had a sun room installed by Patio Enclosures and completely wished I had not chosen them for the job. The experience was far from satisfactory. The craftsmanship was subpar, with uneven seams, shoddy framing and a lack of attention to detail. It is clear that poor planning played a role- measurements were off from the start so they had to redo the entire space, and even then, there were mistakes made from the original design promised. They did not fully complete the job and never returned to finish some missing de... read more

**************** is definitely lacking. I had to call them every step of the way. Emails were not answered in a timely manner or outright ignored. The project was pretty simple. Increase the size of my original concrete patio and screen it in. I was told that it would take 5-6 months to complete. This is month number 9 and its still not completed. I could not get an invoice from them as they have sub-contracted out portions of the project. To date I have not received an invoice that explains how much of the funding has been ... read more

Overall, what a disappointment! The good: The salesman was excellent, easy to work with and I don't feel we were pressured in any way. He did spend a lot of time with us and I though explained things well. The finished product is fine too, we do like it and it's a nice upgrade. The bad: Where to begin? First the customer advocate was difficult to work with. Several times we were contacted with information only to have it be in accurate such as material will be in this day and it wasn't and work to start on this day, which it w... read more
