We recently had a visit from Padio Enclosures **** ******* to discuss options on installation of a screen room on our existing covered padio. **** was professional and knowledgeable about his products. He gave us several suggestions and options offered by his company. The meeting lasted for about 2.5 hours and finished up with some outrageous prices. He quoted basically 3 options. I used a company doing business as Patio Enclosures. The company is owned by Great Day Improvements, LLC. The job involved glassing in 2 separate covered screen rooms. Patio Enclosures came through with an excellent addition to my former sunroom also done by them back in the early 2000. The workers were excellent, polite, and worked hard throughout the process. My only issue was how long it took to get it up. I ordered the addition back in March/April and through-out the process they (*****) stayed in contact with me which made me feel good about them. The best service department we have ever worked with. Angie addressed my problems very quickly. Bernard and Chris came out to correct the problems and both were very knowledgeable and caring. They all remained kind and calm throughout the problem solving process, respecting our knowledge as well. Made us feel like we were part of the solution and not just another annoying customer. We feel like we have a true friendship with these people and a good business relationship.
