At the end of construction of our enclosed patio I had rated Patio Enclosure 5 stars. However, at 6 months or so after completion, I noticed a seperation of the pieces near the frame of a window. Anyone could see clearly out of this opening and feel air entering through it. Also, noted that one of the two screen doors was stiff to open and close...it kept jumping the track. Horrible customer service, lack of communication, and timeliness of completion. Our project began mid April. We were told this project would take 1-2 weeks **** as of June 24, 2023 we are on week 11 and our project is not even close to being completed. The communication with this company is awful. I call the local office and get no response, or very little. I contact the cooperate office and they have to send an email to the local office to have someone call you. Horrible customer service once youve bought into their project. It took 5 builds/5 months for them to complete . Would not even expedite the process. Terrible business practice for customer service. When you spend 25k towards a project you would think customer service is their leading tool for marketing. A total failure on their part.

I would not recommend anyone to go with this company. They started the project in March was shut down because they hadnt got a permit then it finally got finished in June. The communication in between was horrific. There was none if I wanted to know anything I had to continually call them the person who does the scheduling was not aware of what was going on either they werent communicating with him just about him Everyone I talk to said their communication was terrible. This company will not honor their guarantee, it's not worth the paper it's printed on. I contracted with them to install a screened room on my 10x20 back porch at almost 12K cost.. When installed it consisted of 8 sliding doors and 4 permanent door screens plus transoms at the top. The screening was a disgrace on installation. All was creased, dented and had a few holes starting in the aluminum mesh. It was reported to the company immediately, in turn they replaced one door panel only. We have also saw this issue numerous times with birds damaging the screens by flying into them, just how they do with very clean windows. Would not recommend this company. Terrible communication - it took 11 months to complete a 200 square foot room. The result was not worth the money it cost.

I am very disappointed in Great Day Improvements. I had them come out to my home and give me a quote on doing a deck and screened in pouch for me. Then set up for them to do the project for me. They came out one other time to do a remeasure and then they asked for a plot plan so they could get the permits and after I sent in the plot plan they told me that the city would not take them. I have never heard from them again and this was in September of 2022. To this day I am still waiting on the permits and for them to start my ... read more

Would not recommend this group. Didn't show up on the date of install and I had to reach out and the next day get an email they would be there the following date. (For the money we pay wouldn't you think a call would have been nice) of course that day came and went. When they did show up, they worked maybe a total of 6 hours between both days to tell me it didn't fit and would have to reorder. They left metal shaving all over our driveway and patio which caused issues with our dogs and cats getting them in their paws. Never ... read more
