I selected this company because I was going by the good reviews Sad to say I wish I would if selected a different company to get my enclosure done The instal date had to be rescheduled a couple times do to Material not arriving on time, I started paying on it before it was installed. Which I was ok with it but since day one I had problems with the sliding door the installers came back out and fixed fixed the problem it it was ok for a minute and it started again the sales person came out exchanged something else and it was o... read more

Yikes what a mistake I made trusting this company or at least this branch! Months after install and I still can’t get a hold of a single person to call, text, or email me back! I paid $10k to get an unfinished porch and no communication! One door arrived broken out of 4- the kicker is that I only ordered 2 doors & that’s being blamed on my salesmen for ordering incorrectly. BUYER BEWARE, Patio Enclosures, based out of Ohio and has satellite offices around the United States, is one of the most poorly run companies in America. They have no respect for the consumer. They do not honor their warranty and their workmanship is absolutely terrible. A rating of "1" is way too high. Horrible experience. The first crew sent out was so bad that on the fourth day I called for an inspection. They came and looked and said it all needs to be torn down and started over. The second crew was fantastic, and finished in a day and a half, including the tear down. When I called to ask for a price adjustment since they sent people out who did not know what they were doing it was absolute total refusal. **** told me that problems can be unexpected in construction and **** re-emphasize that. The finished product looks nice, but it should not have taken 8 months to produce a 12 x 12 room with no heating or air conditioning. Workers were OK, but communication was terrible as was the initial encounter.

We were really impressed with everything until it was time to actually build. Phase one: getting plans and approval from the Town went well. Getting the inspections went a little slower but ok. Once the materials were ordered we starting paying on the financing for the first phase. Phase two: Materials were then delivered and are sitting in our garage where they have been sitting untouched for at least 6 weeks. Excellent product, but very poor experience with the miss measuring of our space. Therefore we had to wait months for re-fabrication and yet finance company was already taking their monthly payments. We were promised a discount for our trouble of having to wait over a month past the estimated install date to have our Patio Enclosures completed, however, now no one will return our calls for the promised discount. I can't find my previous review, so here's a new one. ****'s attempted to address a couple remaining issues I had, but Great Day was not interested. No one contacted me or even returned my phone calls. We signed a contract in May of 2022. This was supposed to take about three weeks. So, the project started off with a bang, and then it dragged on and on and on--an hour one day, then maybe a few days, and then a couple hours. Tools and materials littered the ground for weeks. My experience has been very disappointing. This project started in November '22 and we were told that it would take 10 working days. However it is still not complete and failed a final inspection by the City of Naperville. It failed it's City of Naperville inspection on 6/12 for various reasons including a lack of stamped plans on site and the tripled beam already twisting and needing 6xle post connections.
