Sales rep *************************** was on time, explained all aspects of the project thoroughly, and sealed the deal with a great price. Furthermore, our cat seemed to like him, which was unusual to say the least. This company has been in business many decades and it showed. Assume the final product installation will live up to the company's stellar reputation.

We bought four windows 9-30-09 with a lifetime warranty from Stanek Windows . We noticed recently. all four windows have a black rubbery substance between the inside glass of the windows, around the edges . I called 7-9-24 to ask what is causing this problem and to have someone to come and look at them. The lady I talked to said that it was a cosmetic problem and the only thing she could do is send me a quote for replacement windows. I would never want to buy another window from them.
