The sales person spent a great deal of time going over every detail of the company, the product, and what we should expect. The patio was installed on a very hot day in Texas. The employees stuck with it until finished and did any awesome job. The next day we were visited by a company rep to review the work. Never had that happen. The patio is absolutely lovely. Even our cat thinks it's pretty darn cool. This company and its employees rate A+!

I love my new screened room! It is just what I wanted and looks awesome! The only problem I had was some mis-communication during the installation- late and no show, but the installer and his boss couldnt decide whose fault that was - passed the buck, so to speak.
